One-Month Founding Trial Membership Agreement
This One-Month Trial Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Elemental Social Wellness Club, located at 977-B Bassett Road, Westlake, Ohio (“Club”), and the undersigned member (“Member”).
By purchasing the One-Month Trial Membership, Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Trial Membership Term
The One-Month Trial Membership is valid for the first twenty-nine (29) consecutive days beginning on the official public opening date of Elemental Social Wellness Club, tentatively scheduled for June 11, 2026.
Access is limited to this defined 29-day period and will not extend beyond that timeframe.
2. Trial Membership Fee
The cost of the One-Month Trial Membership is $146, due in full at the time of registration.
This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Access & Usage
During the 29-day trial period, Member is entitled to:

Access includes use of the following amenities:

Infrared sauna

Traditional Finnish sauna (indoor)

Outdoor Finnish sauna

Outdoor patio space

Wet lounge

Two (2) towels per visit

Filtered structured water

Return to the Element one-hour guided classes
4. Exclusions
The following services are NOT included in the One-Month Trial Membership:

5. Conduct & Policies
Member agrees to abide by all Club rules, policies, and staff direction during each visit. Elemental Social Wellness Club reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access for inappropriate conduct, misuse of facilities, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
6. Post-Trial Membership Opportunity
Upon completion of the 29-day trial period, Member may elect to enroll in one of the following ongoing memberships at a 20% discounted rate, locked in for the duration of continuous membership:
Flow Membership
4 visits per month
Regular Rate: $150/month
Trial Member Rate: $120/month
11-Minute Membership
12 visits per month
Regular Rate: $225/month
Trial Member Rate: $180/month
Frequent Floater Membership
Unlimited visits (maximum one visit per day)
Regular Rate: $265/month
Trial Member Rate: $212/month
To receive the discounted rate, Member must enroll immediately following the trial period without lapse.
7. Acknowledgment
By purchasing the One-Month Trial Membership, Member acknowledges:

This membership is valid only during the first 29 days of public operation.

It provides limited access as defined above.

It does not include red light therapy, hydrogen baths, or additional premium modalities.
